CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Residents should expect warm temperatures and sunshine ahead of the holidays.
The National Weather Service in Cheyenne reports that temperatures will remain in the mid- to high 40s during the first few days of the week. Monday’s skies will be mostly sunny before clearing up overnight for even more sunshine Tuesday. The high temperature on Monday will be 50 degrees, and the low will be 28.
Wyomingites will then have a chance of a white Christmas on Wednesday, as there will be cloudy skies and a 30% chance of rain and snow showers before 5 p.m. There will be a 20% chance of snow showers between 5 and 11 p.m.
The highs and lows over the next several days are as follows:
- Tuesday: High of 49, low of 27
- Wednesday: High of 49, low of 21
- Thursday: High of 44, low of 26
