CASPER, Wyo. — Snow flurries and winter weather seen in the southern portion of the state have come to a close, ushering in colder temperatures in their wake.
As DayWeather meteorologist Don Day reminds us however, with the colder temperatures comes a respite from the wind in Wyoming’s I-80 corridor.
