CASPER, Wyo. — The arrest of three juveniles and the recovery of an undisclosed number of guns, are related to the same case that saw four more juvenile arrests that were reported earlier this week.

Natrona Count Sheriff’s officials say that one suspect was arrested with a stolen firearm on his person, after a brief foot chase on February 20, 2020. Two more juvenile arrests followed as the investigation continued.

NCSO Investigator Taylor Courtney says that in an operation with the Casper Police Department, a suspect vehicle was located near 2nd and Walsh at approximately 4:15 pm. Law enforcement followed the vehicle near Farnum and Beverly Streets in Casper, when a Juvenile passenger bailed out of the vehicle and attempted to flee the area on foot.

The suspect was taken into custody and arrested.

NCSO officials say that 7 arrests with recommended criminal charges have been made in relation to the investigation.

Because of the ongoing nature of the investigation, and the juvenile status of the suspects, further details have not been released.
